Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, contact us through the Contact page at heroseforus.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photos showing the item and issue.

Once the issue is verified, you may choose a replacement at no additional cost or a refund for the affected item, including applicable tax and its original shipping charge. Refunds are issued to your original payment method; processing times vary by payment provider.

 

Please do not send anything back without contacting us first. A physical return is generally unnecessary for verified product defects. If we require a return, we will provide instructions and cover the return shipping.

Size selections and change of mind

Because products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for selecting the wrong size or color, or for changing your mind. If we send a size or color different from your order, it is covered under the policy above.

 

Delivery problems

If your order has not arrived by its estimated delivery date, contact us promptly so we can investigate. Additional shipping charges may apply if you provided an incorrect or incomplete address.
